4 cl Koskenkorva Vodka Climate Action
4 cl Raspberry Shrub
Dash Angostura Bitters
Dash Absinthe
Raspberry Leather
Fill a glass with ice and measure ingredients in the glass.
Top up with ginger beer, stir and garnish with raspberry leather.
200 g fresh raspberries
2 dl water
100 g sugar
½ dl white balsamic vinegar
Muddle raspberries and add water and vinegar.
Let sit in room temperature for 12 hours and strain.
Add sugar and stir until it dissolves. Keep the shrub refrigerated (stays good for a month).
Put leftover pulp on baking paper and smooth into a thin layer.
Bake at 50 °C until the pulp has dried into a sheet that comes off the paper.
Cut into suitable garnish pieces with scissors.
